Engineer III, Process Automation (GxP)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70/30 in-office work model with first, second, or third shifts supporting 24/7 operations. Only U.S. persons eligible due to U.S. export-control requirements; non-U.S. persons cannot be sponsored for an export-control license.

Salary: $100,400–$160,700 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity awards.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex issues in GxP process automation systems, including DeltaV and Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers.
• Support the operation of manufacturing automation systems such as Aveva System Platform, ControlLogix, Syncade, Apprentice Tempo, and Aveva PI Historian.
• Maintain compliance in the design, operation, and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Support manufacturing operations across rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience with process automation systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to different stakeholders.
• Ability to work first, second, or third shifts.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• IT networking and OT troubleshooting and optimization experience.
