What you will do

• Develop complex business and marketing plans, assess market penetration, and define product positioning.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and support strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis, including Red Team Analysis, for specific products and product lines.
• Develop pricing strategies and marketing tools for product introductions while protecting market share and profit margins.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop products and communicate market needs and timelines.
• Manage complex product releases throughout the product life cycle and support field account strategies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Santa Clara, California.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
