Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist (Industrial)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, USA; remote work is not available. Candidates must be locally based in the San Diego area.

Salary: $167,000–$205,000 yearly. Additional information lists an expected annual pay range of $166,000–$208,000, plus bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Plan channel engagement and marketing programs around solution and new product release schedules.
• Present solutions at distributor offices and lead workshops for distributors and customers.
• Build relationships with key accounts, ecosystem partners, and local distributor partners.
• Identify solution-level and product-level opportunities across industrial market segments.
• Promote application-focused solutions and champion cross-business initiatives.
• Coordinate business development, sales, field applications engineering, marketing, and business unit teams while providing market intelligence to corporate groups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.
• Local presence in the San Diego area is required; the role is not remote.
• Deep understanding of industrial markets, including building automation, industrial automation, or energy.
• Experience following up on leads and developing field relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
