T Hub - IoT Test Automation Engineer (IoT/QA Automation): Building and executing UI, API, and acceptance testing for Deutsche Telekom services with an accent on Python automation, Playwright, PyTest, and functional validation. What you will do
- Perform UI and API testing for Deutsche Telekom services across multiple platforms.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using appropriate testing methodologies.
- Conduct self-organized acceptance testing with a focus on functional validation.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, assess issue severity, and evaluate customer impact.
- Collaborate with test automation engineers, cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Improve testing processes, tools, frameworks, and automation efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- Experience in agile QA or test management.
- Experience with test automation in Python, including the Page Object Model.
- Knowledge of Playwright, Cucumber, PyTest, API testing, system integration testing, and API request maintenance.
- Knowledge of Jira, Xray, Confluence, Git, GitLab, and Unix/Linux command-line tools and scripting.
- Intermediate+ English, B2 level, required.
Nice to have
- Understanding of telecommunications fundamentals.
- Ability to develop and improve a test strategy based on new requirements.
