Security Technical Program Manager

Location: Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with work-from-home options on Wednesday and potentially Friday depending on the role and partner teams.

Salary: CAD $150,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional security programs, including new security capabilities, maturity programs, and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Own annual and quarterly Security planning cycles and translate multi-year strategy into an executable roadmap.
• Drive prioritization and communication of security work across Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Define the Security organization’s KPI framework covering risk posture, program health, and strategic progress.
• Build dashboards, reporting cadences, All Hands meetings, program reviews, and OKR check-ins.
• Advise security leadership on organizational design, process improvement, and operational scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Manager experience, including meaningful experience in a security context.
• Strong understanding of security and the ability to engage technical teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from ambiguous inception through delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to operate autonomously and create structure for complex work.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

Nice to have

• Background in security engineering, GRC, product security, infrastructure security, or a similar area.
