What you will do

• Design civil site development plans covering grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and site layout.
• Perform grading, earthwork, drainage, and stormwater management analyses and prepare supporting calculations.
• Develop construction documents, technical reports, exhibits, and permitting deliverables.
• Support zoning, entitlement, and permitting efforts by coordinating with reviewing agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT/EI) certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant civil or land development engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering design principles, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with engineering design software, drafting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a willingness to progress toward professional engineering licensure.
