Associate Shipper/Receiver

Location: McKinney, Texas, United States; onsite. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Complete shipments using an ERP system or tablet.
• Pull, package, palletize, receive, stock, rotate, tag, and locate finished products.
• Verify that incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.
• Create shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean work environment and support warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–3 months of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and in loud, dusty, hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, read operating and safety documents, perform basic mathematical calculations, and solve practical problems.
• Reliable attendance, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills.
