Creative Production Lead (AI & Robotics)

What you will do

• Design graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts, presentations, executive summaries, and proposal documents.
• Translate complex technical input from proposal managers and subject-matter experts into clear visual stories and written assets.
• Build and maintain proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, graphic libraries, and reusable visual assets.
• Support document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, quality checks, revision tracking, and final-file preparation.
• Track production schedules and submission requirements, including final digital and print production of PDFs and packaged files.
• Support business development leadership with presentation materials, competitive intelligence, and market information projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field, plus experience working with government and international customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
• Leadership experience in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally, visually, and in writing.
• Demonstrated record of hard work, trustworthiness, high standards, and kindness toward others.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting proposals and customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of AI and robotics technology.
• Familiarity with software products.
• Strong technical background, especially with Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
• Understanding of military operations and the acquisition process supporting go-to-market activities.
• Understanding of specific DoD operational scenarios and systems.
• Active DoD security clearance.
