What you will do
- Design graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, process flows, organizational charts, presentations, and proposal documents.
- Translate complex technical input from proposal managers and subject-matter experts into clear visual stories and client-facing materials.
- Maintain proposal templates, style guides, slide libraries, graphic libraries, and reusable visual assets.
- Support document assembly, formatting, proofreading coordination, quality checks, and final digital and print production.
- Track design revisions, production schedules, and submission requirements across active proposal efforts.
- Support business development leadership with presentation materials, competitive intelligence, and market information.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field, including work with government and international customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally, visually, and in writing and work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
- Portfolio or work samples are required with the application.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting proposals and customer engagements.
- Understanding of AI, robotics, software products, unmanned aircraft systems, military operations, and the acquisition process.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense operational scenarios and systems.
- Active DoD security clearance.
