Senior Associate, Global Client Group (Traditional Institutional Group)

What you will do

• Support relationship management, business development, and client retention activities for institutional investors.
• Explain investment philosophy and strategies to clients and prospective clients.
• Conduct industry-specific research to support sales ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate client inquiries, coordinate information across departments, and propose solutions to client needs.
• Develop and deliver complex educational investment presentations for client and prospect meetings.
• Coordinate complex client-driven requests and mentor other Associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or investment management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses, or attainment within the first 8 weeks of hire, are required as a condition of employment.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CFA.
