Salary: $230,000–$275,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI/ML strategy, architecture, governance, evaluation, and value realization.
• Architect, design, and deliver technical solutions using ML algorithms, tools, models, and data structures.
• Deliver large-scale ML solutions across multiple business verticals, from conception through deployment.
• Shape broad architecture and ship large services, complex libraries, and major infrastructure components.
• Define technology roadmaps and identify strategic growth opportunities enabled by AI/ML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of software development experience or equivalent expertise building commercial ML applications.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled process transformation for organizations of several hundred people.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML programming languages, large language models, frameworks, libraries, data structures, and data modeling.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cloud-based machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, AWS, DevOps, and cloud technologies, with strong communication and technical leadership abilities.
