Corporate Communications Intern (AI Advertising Technology)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $20 per hour; approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026.

What you will do

• Support internal, executive, and corporate communications, including company-wide updates and messaging.
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, workflows, presentations, reports, and documentation for communications initiatives.
• Research journalists, maintain media lists, monitor news cycles and industry trends, and support story development.
• Assist with press materials, including media pitches and press releases, and track coverage and reporting.
• Support global social media channels by drafting copy, contributing to content creation, and developing content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate cross-functional and ad hoc projects to keep communications initiatives organized and on track.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Interest in marketing, particularly corporate communications, public relations, or social media.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and an interest in storytelling and content.
