TL;DR
IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Intern (Cybersecurity): Supporting IT governance, risk, compliance, audit, change management, and third-party risk activities with an accent on regulatory research, documentation, and access governance. Focus on coordinating change controls, organizing audit evidence, responding to customer assessments, and driving remediation findings to closure.
Location: On-site in Coralville, Iowa, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time.
Salary: $30 USD per hour.

What you will do
- Research and document standards and regulations applicable to audit areas.
- Support the Change Management Program and Change Advisory Board to reduce business-impacting incidents.
- Assist with third-party risk analysis, customer questionnaires, and compliance assessments.
- Maintain IT GRC policies, documentation, and the SharePoint site.
- Support termination and transfer access adjustments across systems.
- Coordinate audit evidence collection and remediation findings through closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
- Ability to work on-site in Coralville, Iowa, United States.
- Availability for travel up to 10% of the time.

- Experience developing programs to close organizational gaps.
- Experience with continuous improvement methods and frameworks.
- Experience supporting third-party risk assessments and compliance-gap analysis.
