Associate I, Production Operations (Fintech)

Location: US MA CAT 10; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Process customer payment exceptions through data capture, data entry, and manual batching.
• Review reports and exception pulls to identify derogatory, non-processing, and non-processable items.
• Sort batches, remove items requiring additional verification, and determine whether items should be returned or reprocessed.
• Navigate payment-processing systems and maintain accurate records while managing changing priorities.
• Complete work by established deadlines, follow documented procedures, and support consistent processing quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide operational assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple system screens.
• Accurate data-entry, data-capture, and information-verification skills.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing reports, batches, and exception items.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and adjust assignments based on workload and deadlines.
• Ability to follow documented processes and make accurate item-disposition decisions.
• Clear communication, effective teamwork, and availability for the stated Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment processing, transaction processing, or production operations.
• Experience with exception processing, document sorting, or manual batching.
• Familiarity with system-generated reports and data-quality verification.
• Experience in a deadline-driven, team-based operations environment.
