Implementation Engineer (WMS/3PL)

Location: DFW2 - Dallas, TX; implementations support 3PL warehouse sites across the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Lead the execution and oversight of launch plans for 3PL warehouse sites.
• Oversee facility design, including layouts, labor planning, pick-and-pack workflows, WMS configuration, and automation.
• Manage implementation plans, project goals, timelines, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
• Create supplier and customer playbooks for handoff between 3PL partners and operations teams.
• Provide training and support after implementation while continuously improving implementation methods.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse or WMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional planning and execution.
• Experience managing multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing risks and opportunities in dynamic environments with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in a startup environment.
