Associate, Performance, Egypt (Paid Media)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Execute and optimize performance media campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels.
• Analyze Search Query Reports, identify low-performing or irrelevant keywords, add negative keywords, and optimize bidding strategies.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports with clear recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Analyze campaign results, user engagement, audience behavior, and performance trends to inform targeting, messaging, creative, landing-page, and budget decisions.
• Document campaign learnings and contribute to future strategies and best practices.
• Reconcile campaign finances, verify spend, identify discrepancies, and support accurate budget reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM field.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying.
• Track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative, solutions-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
