What you will do

• Develop and continuously update visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Coordinate VM-related orders and ensure implementation across showrooms.
• Manage showroom teams and oversee execution by store teams.
• Manage multiple projects across different showrooms and support new showroom openings.
• Own in-store branding and maintain consistency across locations.
• Visit showrooms regularly, monitor displayed-product performance, and improve the customer experience through new concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, interior design, or a similar role, preferably in retail or furniture.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, spatial planning, and furniture styling.
• Experience designing and executing large-scale visual displays across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
