Account Lead (Retail Search)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. Roles are open in Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, and San Francisco.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and other retail media networks.
• Lead paid search specialists through guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams on integrated media plans.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations focused on ROI and client objectives.
• Oversee campaign execution, budgets, quality standards, reporting, and timely delivery.
• Build client relationships and present performance insights and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of paid search advertising experience, including retail media networks.
• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven success managing paid search campaigns for enterprise accounts.
• Deep knowledge of retail media platforms, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, and Target Roundel.
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, analytics platforms, data interpretation, and actionable optimization.
• Experience leading teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans and solve problems.
