Founding Marketing Hire (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Own and execute the marketing strategy and content calendar across channels.
• Lead the Twitter/X and LinkedIn presence to grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest.
• Ghostwrite founder content and translate reinforcement learning, AI evaluation, and other technical product concepts into clear narratives.
• Develop the company voice, positioning, and storytelling across touchpoints.
• Identify, plan, and run conferences, hackathons, meetups, and technical community events.
• Support founders and team members with talks, panels, and event presence while measuring content and growth results.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in marketing, content, or community roles, preferably at early-stage startups.
• Proven experience growing social accounts or company branding, with examples to share.
• Writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to understand technical products and explain them accurately.
• Hands-on experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
• Experience marketing AI/ML products, developer tools, or technical platforms; B2C-only experience is not sufficient.
• Native fluency in the AI space, a strong network in reinforcement learning or technical startup communities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
