Product Quality Specialist (MedTech)

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end stability oversight for a portfolio of products from late-stage development through the full commercial lifecycle.
• Own stability protocols, reports, temperature excursions, change controls, and related product quality activities.
• Provide stability subject-matter expertise and support regulatory filings with stability data.
• Operate independently in the product quality role while supporting the Stability Center of Excellence.
• Coordinate with multiple functions on complex or high-value product families and participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Identify improvement opportunities, mentor less experienced colleagues, and support stability-related escalations.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of stability-related regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage individual assignments with minimal guidance.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based collaboration applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with quality management systems, quality control, ISO 9001, compliance management, and regulatory environments.
• Skills in coaching, issue escalation, problem solving, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision-making.
