Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.

Salary: €80,000–€120,000 per year, plus equity options.

hirify.global is a seed-funded construction tech startup building autonomous agents for major European general contractors.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of autonomous agent products from initial hypothesis through production deployment.
• Design and build agent logic, backend services, and frontend interfaces as an end-to-end owner.
• Develop procurement agents covering material orders from requisition through posted invoice.
• Build contract management tools that provide real-time visibility across active contracts.
• Collaborate directly with customers to validate and iterate on solutions in operational environments.
• Identify and develop high-impact ideas that expand platform value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience at a startup or scale-up, with end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
• Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
• Track record of shipping software from zero to production deployment.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive solutions forward.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flutter, GCP, or Hasura/GraphQL.
• Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries.
