• Advise construction and real estate clients on business processes, succession planning, and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Perform tax procedures based on engagement size and complexity.
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and train team members while building client and industry relationships.
• Attend industry events and professional training.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required; JD or EA may be accepted instead.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present practical solutions.
• Ability to work directly with clients to support strategic business success.
