Senior Art Director (Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop on-brand creative concepts and maintain consistency across project tactics.
• Translate creative briefs, core insights, and strategy into compelling visual narratives.
• Prepare and present multiple execution options to supervisors, internal teams, and clients.
• Support image searches, talent selection, mood boards, shot lists, and photo or video shoots through pre- and post-production.
• Collaborate with copy, Account, Strategy, Social, UX, and other cross-functional partners.
• Manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant client-side or agency experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to drive the visual approach throughout a project and develop multiple creative concepts.
• Confident client presentation and clear communication of how creative work supports strategic and business objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of current trends in art, film, CGI, and photography.
