Automotive Technician C Tech

Location: 353857 Hanson Blvd; onsite retail automotive service role

Salary: $18.38–$27.62 under a performance-based flat-rate compensation model; $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires

What you will do

• Change oil, transmission fluid, and filters.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install automotive parts.
• Road-test customer vehicles and complete other assigned duties.
• Support customer care and satisfaction through quality and efficient service.

Requirements

• At least two years of automotive repair experience, a related vocational-technical program, or demonstrated skills through third-party certificates or assessments.
• A.S.E. certification in at least one area from A1–A8 is required; new hires with comparable external qualifications have up to two years to comply.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required at all times, with the ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to read and write and learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must complete Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify employment.
