Forward Deployed Engineer (Python, AI/ML, Generative AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, workflows, data, systems, and technical requirements.
• Translate ambiguous problems into practical AI and software solutions.
• Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, Generative AI, APIs, enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and data sources.
• Develop APIs, services, data pipelines, application infrastructure, and scalable technical architectures.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, observability, and feedback mechanisms while collaborating with product, data, engineering, and business teams to move prototypes into production.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong Python software engineering and production application development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML, LLMs, and Generative AI into applications and workflows.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data sources, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience with TypeScript and AI agents, tool calling, agentic workflows, or orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to work directly with clients, design end-to-end solutions, manage stakeholders, and work independently with evolving requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Consulting, systems integration, or professional services experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience taking AI/ML prototypes through production and working with large enterprise or regulated customers.
