Senior Pre-Sales Engineer-Network

What you will do

• Design, architect, and consult on network infrastructure and network security solutions.
• Partner with sales representatives to build account strategies and execute technical sales calls.
• Identify suitable technologies and vendors, coordinate virtual engineering teams, and maintain partner relationships.
• Develop proposals, configurations, pricing, service descriptions, presentations, and business justifications.
• Qualify opportunities, present solution value, and align designs with customer technical and business requirements.
• Mentor entry-level team members and serve as a technical thought leader for network solutions.

Requirements

• Pre-sales and data center experience.
• Deep experience with campus wired and wireless technologies, including wireless principles, site surveys, Ekahau, LAN, and Cisco or other OEM platforms.
• Knowledge of Cisco Nexus, IP routing protocols, core data center technologies, network management, Palo Alto or Fortinet security, and SASE.
• Experience or ability to work with AWS, Azure, cloud connectivity, and network fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications.
• Experience with VMware NSX, Arista, network automation, F5, or NetScaler.
• Data center and cloud networking experience beyond the core campus networking requirements.
