Capital Markets Managing Director I-Sales (IC)(F)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; in-office position

Base salary: $169,400–$314,600 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead sales activities and strategies for designated capital markets products or transactions.
• Manage and develop selected client and investor relationships while delivering a strong client experience.
• Partner with sales professionals, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders, and internal service teams to deliver complex capital markets solutions.
• Assess client objectives and market conditions to recommend appropriate solutions and optimize client coverage.
• Coordinate new product development, structuring, marketing, and distribution initiatives to increase sales and new business.
• Monitor industry developments, deal flow, and regulatory requirements while coaching and developing the business line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; comparable combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Typically 8 or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of client relationship building, corporate finance, investments, financial analysis, trading, and investment strategies.
• Required licenses depend on the business area, including combinations of SIE, Series 7, 52, 63, and 79 within specified periods after employment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
