Manager, Trial Delivery Management (Clinical Trials)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States; Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States; High Wycombe, United Kingdom; Warsaw, Poland; Madrid, Spain; or Milan, Italy. Travel of up to 15–20% may be required.

Base pay: $117,000–$201,250 per year, plus eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Execute study-level activities and maintain critical trial-specific documents, including monitoring guidelines, informed consent forms, and investigational medicinal product documentation.
• Set up and manage study vendors, including statements of work, day-to-day delivery, and budget oversight.
• Coordinate country and regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategies with local teams.
• Conduct country-level risk reviews, resolve trial-related issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Support program-level compound training in collaboration with Clinical and CTL&D Medical Writing teams.
• Support health authority inspections, process improvements, and onboarding and mentoring of Trial Management colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and clinical research operations across Phase I–IV studies.
• Experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial, including country and regional coordination.
• Leadership, decision-making, analytical, financial management, project planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in multifunctional global matrix environments, leading without authority, and mentoring or coaching others.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems, compliance management, contract management, laboratory operations, research ethics, and standard operating procedures.
