What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to incidents.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain reliability and performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Work with the team to improve infrastructure effectiveness and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.
• Follow established infrastructure service delivery standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1+ year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• Ability to continuously develop industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
