Security Specialist (Corporate Security)

Location: On-site in Brooklyn, New York, United States; travel and customer visits may be required.

Pay: $42.96–$53.71 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead district-level security programs protecting people, assets, and brand integrity.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop strategic security plans for assigned locations.
• Respond to urgent security matters and investigate workplace violence, breaches, losses, fraud, and integrity concerns.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies on investigations and compliance.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, security plans, metrics, and physical security gaps.
• Train business partners and visit customers in person to address lost, pilfered, or damaged shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation, supply chain loss prevention, loss analytics, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, reporting, problem-solving, and Microsoft-based computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment, maintain constant alertness, follow safety requirements, and complete required training.
• Knowledge of TSA and FAA regulations, company policies, and IC/ISP agreements.
