Press Operator (3rd Shift)

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, 3rd shift

Salary: $50,232–$79,040 per year; the posting also lists an hourly range of $24.00–$38.00.

What you will do

• Assist with press operations during make-ready, production runs, cleanup, and product packing.
• Operate, adjust, clean, and maintain imaging and press equipment, including splicers, web presses, ink pumps, plates, and imaging programs.
• Read job specifications and tolerances, inspect products, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Complete press paperwork, consumable maintenance, productivity procedures, and daily preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce make-ready time and improve operating efficiency.
• Train and support new and existing team members while following safety, recycling, and production procedures.

Requirements

• Basic math, measurement, reading comprehension, and visual inspection skills.
• Good mechanical skills and the ability to identify colors and compare products with specifications.
• Ability to lift under 50 pounds frequently and willingness to cross-train in finishing and press operations.
• Ability to train on 1st Shift and work the 3rd Shift schedule.
• Basic Windows knowledge; PC experience is desirable.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled production environment and comply with safety procedures.
