Salary: £35,000–£38,000 per year, dependent on experience.

What you will do

  • Plan, prepare, set up, and deliver audiovisual services for meetings, conferences, and large-scale productions.
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact, interpret technical requirements, and develop appropriate event solutions.
  • Coordinate technicians, equipment preparation, rigging, de-rigging, on-site technical support, and technician schedules.
  • Develop standard set designs, visuals, event quotations, equipment movement systems, and turnover reporting.
  • Grow venue and hotel event revenue through upselling, lead generation, client follow-up, tenders, and long-term account development.
  • Work with hotel, sales, marketing, London, warehouse, front-of-house, and event production teams to maintain service quality and deliver projects.

Requirements

  • Strong audiovisual or live events experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferable.
  • Previous audiovisual experience in an educational environment, or equivalent experience, is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma and Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site at hotels and venues and manage event-related technical responsibilities.
