Marketing Co-Op

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Salary: $20-$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Create and enhance product presentations, datasheets, sales collateral, and visual marketing content.
• Adapt presentations and messaging for customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop content that communicates product value propositions, solutions, and business benefits.
• Conduct market and competitive research covering industry trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor product activity and production levels while collaborating with marketing, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from January through June 2027 and familiar with university requirements for participating in a co-op program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in marketing, market research, and business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with strong organizational skills.
