Client Service Senior Representative - Fund Accounting

What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal operational teams focused on fund accounting and administration.
• Respond to client inquiries, filter and escalate issues, and participate in scheduled client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party providers to prioritize requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Review internal reporting and escalate issues that may affect client servicing.
• Use internal technology solutions and introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and products.
• Monitor client documentation, including tax information, accounting elections, KYC records, account information, and authorized signers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of securities, accounting standards, and ongoing regulatory changes.
