Brand Trainee (Marketing)

What you will do

• Support the Product Marketing team in developing an occasions strategy around key consumer consumption moments.
• Help execute consumer activations with cross-functional teams and creative agencies, including performance follow-up.
• Analyze consumer, market, and competition data using Nielsen, Kantar, and T&A.
• Support the creation of advertising and point-of-sale materials with local marketing teams and agencies.
• Assist with local product launches by coordinating visuals, packs, toolkits, and campaign assets across channels.
• Collect activation insights and contribute to campaign proposals aligned with the national Brand Marketing Plan.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a similar discipline, with a maximum of two years of study or graduation experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong ownership, accountability, curiosity, proactivity, teamwork, and interest in marketing and branding.
• High integrity and alignment with the brand’s values and tone.
• Mandatory internship agreement with a university, business school, or similar institution.
