Senior Data Architect (S/4HANA): Designing governed data assets and reusable data products for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global operations with an accent on SAP S/4HANA analytics, enterprise data models, and cloud data platforms. Focus on translating complex business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical models, guiding data engineering delivery, and enforcing data quality, security, and governance.

is a global consumer packaged goods company with an Enterprise Data & Analytics organization supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global operations.
What you will do
- Lead data architecture execution for global SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs across countries and business units.
- Define enterprise data architecture for S/4HANA analytics, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers across cloud and ELT platforms.
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ERDs, schemas, tables, and column specifications for reusable data products.
- Develop Finance and Global Operations data products supporting BI, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and decision intelligence.
- Provide architectural guidance to Data Engineering and BI Engineering teams through build, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
- Enforce data governance, security, quality, lineage, metadata standards, and compliance while improving reusable architecture frameworks and standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, reusable data models.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout experience, including Finance processes such as financial reporting, planning, GL, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, and CFIN.
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse architecture and conceptual, logical, and physical ERD design using ERwin, ER/Studio, or equivalent tools.
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, SAP HANA, and modern data warehouses.
- Experience with dbt, Python, ELT/ETL technologies, SAP CDS Views, SLT, SAP Datasphere, and Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to have
- Azure Fundamentals, Snowflake, CDMP, or equivalent cloud and data platform certifications.
- Consumer packaged goods industry experience.
