What you will do
- Guide engineering teams in applying best practices and producing high-quality, secure code.
- Organize training sessions on code quality, vulnerabilities, and security concerns.
- Help teams investigate and resolve complex engineering problems, performance issues, and risks.
- Lead initiatives focused on early testing, proactive maintenance, software quality, and performance.
- Support compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Promote continuous learning and adoption of efficient, secure development methods.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C++, Python, or Java.
- Advanced technical expertise in software development and engineering practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to guide teams in investigating and resolving complex engineering challenges.
- Experience influencing the adoption of new practices and tools.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills.
