FP&A Associate (Traveltech)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; office-based four days a week with one remote day of choice

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and model the impact of new markets, operating model changes, pricing strategies, and cost-of-sale initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with department heads and stakeholders.
• Monitor internal OPEX costs and maintain alignment with approved budgets.
• Analyse financial performance and variances, identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
• Improve and automate financial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills, including financial modeling, large datasets, and business-data queries.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or plans to pursue CIMA, ACCA/ACA, or CFA qualifications.
• Internship experience at a Big Four firm or similar environment.
