Finance Process Excellence Analyst (SAP FI)

What you will do

• Lead automation and optimization projects for financial processes and cycles within the internal Corporate Finance Department.
• Support the implementation of SAP finance modules, particularly SAP FI, and AI-based solutions for workflows, controls, and analysis.
• Partner with internal IT teams to prioritize roadmaps, address Finance stakeholder requirements, and assess process and control impacts.
• Manage project scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, execution plans, success measures, and implementation sustainability.
• Conduct discovery phases, process assessments, gap analysis, and business requirements definition.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis in Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in process design, transformation and automation, project management, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of financial cycles such as Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay, including internal controls and compliance.
• Practical hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and related financial modules through system use, consulting, implementation support, or collaboration with SAP functional teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for process analysis, documentation, workflow optimization, and operational-efficiency improvements.
• B2 English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
