Digital Campus Scrum Master (Data & Analytics)

What you will do

• Facilitate extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies for a 10-person Data & Analytics squad.
• Ensure adherence to the Agile framework, improve team velocity, and support reliable sprint commitments.
• Protect the squad from external distractions and remove architectural and organizational impediments.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and Domain Leaders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor and report squad performance, velocity metrics, delivery risks, and progress to management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile Leadership, coaching, or Scrum Master roles.
• Expertise in extended Scrum frameworks, SAFe principles, and agile governance.
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Agility.
• Background or strong functional knowledge in Data & Analytics and SAP BI product environments.
• English-language application documents are required.

Nice to have

• Advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM, SASM, or SSM.
