Junior Modelling Analyst (Python)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with part of the week from home and part from the office.

Salary: PLN 80,000–90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Work with Consumer Panel and survey data for Europe and Pacific markets.
• Prepare modelling data inputs, process studies, and validate outputs for consistency and accuracy.
• Guide the execution of standard business solutions supporting clients’ assortment strategies.
• Manage multiple project deliverables, prioritize tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with consultants, international client delivery teams, and product leadership teams.
• Learn, adjust, and develop Python scripts while becoming a subject matter expert in modelling methodology and commercial implications.

Requirements

• Background in economics, statistics, or marketing research.
• Good written and spoken English required.
• Basic Python, data manipulation, data analysis, and Excel skills.
• Good understanding of statistical methods; data science experience is beneficial.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
