Compliance Program Manager (12m FTC) (Ecommerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Lead the review, enhancement, and localized rollout of global compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage compliance activities, trackers, group communications, and periodic reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate employee ethics and compliance awareness programs, onboarding, mandatory training, and communications.
• Maintain policy governance, including the Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and employee declarations.
• Develop controls for regional safety, labelling, and certification requirements such as CE, UKCA, and the INFORM Act.
• Define restricted-item policies and automated gatekeeping mechanisms for high-risk product groups with business and legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and robust experience managing corporate ethics and compliance programs.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including experience overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies, conflicts of interest programs, and global training rollouts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented approach.
