Sr Change Management Consultant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead change management workstreams within complex healthcare transformation projects.
• Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks across user groups.
• Develop communication, engagement, adoption, and transition strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials for healthcare professionals and end users.
• Support Electronic Health Record implementations, localization activities, project reporting, and adoption monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, operational, technical, and multidisciplinary project teams while developing client relationships.

Requirements

• MECES Level 2 academic qualification, such as a bachelor's, engineering, licentiate, or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant consulting experience, including healthcare technology implementation and adoption.
• Teaching Certificate (CAP) or equivalent pedagogical qualification.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record implementations, technology localization, workshops, training, and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments, with strong presentation, reporting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Native Spanish and professional English required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field.
• Change Management certification such as Prosci, APMG, or ACMP.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Experience with public healthcare organizations, healthcare processes, and clinical workflows.
