TL;DR

Process Lab Technician (Cable and Process Validation): Running crimping, splicing, sealing, cable, and soldering validations in the CME lab with an accent on process training, equipment capability analysis, and new cable and terminal testing. Focus on validating new processes, maintaining CME equipment, supporting plant SOPs, and solving process-development challenges.

Location: Tanger-Assilah, Morocco

hirify.global is hiring for a process laboratory role supporting cable and equipment validation activities.

What you will do

Run crimping, splicing, sealing, cable, and soldering validations in the CME laboratory.
Train personnel on specific processes and support standard operating procedures for new processes at plants.
Test new equipment and perform capability analyses.
Operate CME equipment for laboratory activities and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Participate in developing solutions for new processes and execute new cable and terminal test releases.

Requirements

Knowledge of crimping, splicing, sealing, cable, and soldering validation processes.
Knowledge of equipment capability analysis and preventive maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of chemical handling and storage requirements.
Knowledge of circuits used for waste collection and storage.
Availability to work onsite in Tanger-Assilah, Morocco.
