TL;DR
Field Service Engineer (Food Sorting Systems): Commissioning, operating, testing, integrating, optimising, maintaining, training, and repairing TOMRA Food sorting systems for industrial customers in Morocco with an accent on field service delivery, equipment performance, and customer support. Focus on diagnosing complex equipment issues, installing and adjusting machinery, solving operational problems independently, and supporting customers during frequent domestic and international travel.

Location: Morocco, ideally Casablanca, with frequent travel to Agadir and Rabat. Home-based hybrid contract with domestic travel up to 80–90% and international travel up to 80%.

What you will do

  • Deliver field service activities within cost and time objectives.
  • Commission, install, adjust, test, integrate, and optimise food sorting equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and perform preventive, corrective, and repair work.
  • Train customers in system operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer support.
  • Maintain detailed field reports for administrative follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
  • Qualification in Electrical Installation.
  • Experience with on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial customers.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Valid driving license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends and holidays, and travel extensively.

Nice to have

  • Spanish or French language skills.
  • VCA certification.
