What you will do
- Analyze user research and synthesize actionable insights.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, UX audits, and accessibility reviews.
- Evaluate information architecture and interaction design.
- Create usability reports and research summaries.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations and feedback for AI training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, user research, or usability.
- Experience conducting UX evaluations and creating actionable reports.
- Strong research synthesis and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of UX design, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, information architecture, interaction design, and UX audits.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and strong attention to detail.
