Comms & Content Manager (Football Gaming)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2–3 days per week at the Sports Interactive studio in Here East, London.

Sports Interactive is the hirify.global Europe studio behind Football Manager, developing and publishing football management games across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Support the content strategy and coordinate editorial activity across websites, blogs, partner channels, paid media and influencer campaigns.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and develop creative content ideas, campaign narratives and player-focused storytelling.
• Write, edit and review content to ensure clarity, quality, consistency and alignment with the brand.
• Coordinate partner, publisher, influencer and agency initiatives, including creator selection and campaign delivery.
• Steer day-to-day PR activity and support press materials, announcements and external communications.
• Support internal communications, direct reports and collaboration across Brand, Social, CRM, Community, Creative and hirify.global Publishing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in content, communications or PR, ideally in journalism, editorial, professional writing or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience planning and coordinating content across multiple channels.
• Experience developing creative campaigns and working with partners, agencies, influencers or media.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with confidence representing the studio externally.
• Interest in audience insight and performance data; previous line management or mentoring experience is desirable.
