What you will do

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for regularly used materials in coordination with supply chain management.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and review purchasing requisitions.
• Forecast sales by item and analyze historical trends, inventory data, and sales performance.
• Develop accurate and efficient systems for monitoring purchasing and inventory activity.
• Maintain supplier and vendor records, track purchases and order deliveries, and generate purchasing reports and statistics.
• Research potential suppliers, promotions, and industry trends to support purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external customers.
