Field Medical Lead - Hematology and Oncology

Location: Hong Kong, China; field-based role with willingness to travel required

What you will do

• Communicate clinical and scientific data to healthcare stakeholders, payers, providers, advocacy groups, and access enablers.
• Support the Regional Therapeutic Area Head and Country Medical Lead in developing local R&D tactics.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in line with MSL compliance standards.
• Develop and implement local opinion leader plans and execute the scientific engagement plan.
• Support sponsored research, clinical studies, investigator engagement, speaker training, and congress activities.
• Provide field observations and insights while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• Medical or scientific education, or equivalent experience from relevant positions.
• Advanced degree such as PhD or MD preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional training.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience; MSL experience preferred.
• Experience in a sales force, affiliate Medical Department, Clinical Development, medical research, or clinical study management.
• Scientific expertise in hematology, oncology, relevant products, and disease states.
• Strong project management and presentation skills, with knowledge of clinical research, drug safety, legal, compliance, healthcare systems, and commercialization.
