Payments Senior Supervisor (Cluster Lead, Japanese Bilingual)

What you will do

• Process and resolve invoices across the end-to-end invoice and purchase order lifecycle.
• Monitor validation, exception handling, status tracking, and SLA adherence.
• Investigate discrepancies, system and interface errors, unmatched invoices, aging items, and backlogs.
• Perform data extraction, validation, reporting, audit support, and invoice quality monitoring.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, BPOs, suppliers, and other stakeholders on invoice issues.
• Support process standardization, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, Accounts Payable, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of invoice workflows, purchase order matching, and exception handling.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese is required. Japanese language certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP MM/FI or another ERP system is preferred.
• Understanding of payment and invoice processing operations, shared services, and compliance controls is preferred.
