Senior People Business Partner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead a strategic and commercially focused HR partnership for North America.
• Advise senior leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational design, performance, reward, and culture.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy, and exit matters.
• Lead organisational change, restructures, integrations, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll governance, audits, compliance, mobility, health and safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead the optimisation, adoption, and governance of Workday HRIS.

Requirements

• Significant progressive HR experience, including time in a Senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced, matrixed, multinational, or global organisations.
• Demonstrated expertise handling high-risk, sensitive, and complex employee relations matters.
• Deep working knowledge of Canadian and US employment legislation.
• Strong experience advising senior leaders and leading talent, engagement, performance, and organisational change initiatives.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, communication, organisation, and delivery skills.

• Experience supporting regional or global HR agendas.
